Sphinx cannot be found on your system if u get an error like this ,this is because thinking_sphinx can't find sphinx software in your system.u may be installed sphinx version that is not compactable with Thinking Sphinx.sphinx .0.9.9 is compactable with Thinking Sphinx.so use sphinx .0.9.9
